District Five's 21-22 Induction Teacher of the Year, Kaydee Culbertson, is excited to share with you some firsthand tips and tricks on how to thrive your first year in an elementary classroom! Advice will range from a variety of topics such as classroom management and lesson planning to organization and relationships (both with students and coworkers).
